During Speed Week of 2013, Shunji Yokokawa and his two man crew from Japan, traveled to the Bonneville Salt Flats to break a world land speed record. The trip was Shunji’s first ever to the Salt Flats where racing and attempting to break the world record became more challenging than the crew had envisioned.

										Le dépaysement assuré, on connait trop bien les road trip  sur les routes de l’himalaya , on oublie que de l’autre coté de la terre , il existe aussi des paysages à couper le souflle des routes de rêve ou l’on peut croiser les quatres saisons dans la journée … Bref l’amérique du sud en Royal Enfield… à travers un joli reportage

Produced by Rocket Film, this was the maiden voyage of the revolutionary MATRIX head by Cinemoves. Through helicopter, electric tomcar and on-bike mounts, we captured turning, tilting 360 degree shots.





I’m always chasing the passion, friendly competition and pure fun that’s foundational to motorcycling, and loved framing that pure joy in a new and unexpected way. As a rider myself, it’s a cinematic passion of mine to see female-directed motorcycle work. And as a viewer, I’m always looking for a new twist or point of view that captures the feeling in a new way.





Using electric bikes, electric generators and electric vehicles, we touched on the future of the film industry and the future of sport vehicles, and enjoyed something totally unique: the thrill of silent wheelies ripping across a dry lake bed.

The sun is out and it’s a beautiful day at Wyvern Ranch. This location holds a special place in my heart as one of my favorite riding spots & old stomping grounds. I’ve had this video concept in mind for a while now, and I’ve always wanted to shoot it here at the ranch with Cole. We have been buddies since our early teens, growing up racing and riding together all over the U.S. It’s always fun to shoot with him and so inspiring to watch him ride a motorcycle. His talent and skills are endless. We have had some insane memories together over the years and this project is just another page in our book of good times.

This short movie, shot by DJI, is not about freedom, speed, or adventure.
It expresses the simple and raw essence of riding a machine.





Through dust and stones, « Riders » takes Maria motorcycles to Portuguese wild tracks, cliffs and city streets being filmed by a DJI crew with state of the art gear.





Maria Riding Company is a Lisbon established brand that creates and builds custom motorcycles as well as other bespoke and handcrafted goods. It’s philosophy of extreme dedication, care and attention to detail set the brand’s path from the first day, gathering the recognition and praise for which it’s thankful today.
The bikes used in the movie were « The Orbiter » – a Yamaha XSR700, made for Yamaha Yard Built, The « Black Baron » – a Triumph Bonneville and the « Dirty Geisha » – a Yamaha XT600.

Celle-ci est dotée d’un dispositif de  démarrage rapide, d’un ensemble de bagages aluminium,d’un système de communication, et bien entendu les incontournables flashlights rouges et bleus. 





On esxt plus très loin de Robocop!
